Claims for errors or shortages should be reported to Cactus Saddlery within 10 days from the invoice date. All returns require a return authorization number from a Cactus Saddlery customer service representative. Freight on all returned merchandise is customer’s responsibility.
All items returned will be inspected upon receipt and a credit or warranty repair will be made.
All saddles have a manufacturing warranty on the saddle tree. Cactus Saddlery will repair or replace any defective trees within the warranty. Cactus Saddlery is not responsible for repair or replacement due to normal wear and tear or accidents that damage merchandise.
